As a previous owner of a thriving meal prep kitchen in the area, I am excited to use my experience and passion to make Fixin’ To Eat a real mealtime solution. Personally, I’m tired of spending so much of my limited free time dealing with the tedium of shopping, chopping, and clean-up. There has to be an easier way and I wholeheartedly believe that this is it!
With two teen boys, having a home-cooked meal on the table is an absolute priority in our house. I’ve tried some meal delivery services but found them to be expensive and a ton of work. I returned to my home version of weekly meal prep but it took up over half of my precious weekend!
My goal is to provide an affordable once-a-month solution to mealtime. With Fixin’ To Eat, your own freezer will be stocked with multiple meals that you just thaw and cook.
